1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, submitting information, purchasing a service, or otherwise using SyeSystems, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable Service Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the service.
2. Website purpose
This website provides information about SyeSystems marketing and software-supported services for contractors and home-service businesses. Website content is general information and is not a promise of specific leads, sales, rankings, reviews, revenue, or other business outcomes.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting credentials for accounts you control.
4. Purchases and recurring billing
The standard service price is $497 per month unless a different price is shown and accepted at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. There is no setup fee for the standard offer. Advertising spend, messaging usage, domain purchases, premium software, payment-processing costs where permitted, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in writing.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the website or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not submit false information, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use campaigns, automations, or customer data in violation of advertising, privacy, telemarketing, email, messaging, or consumer-protection laws.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, copy, graphics, software configurations, templates, workflows, and SyeSystems branding are owned by or licensed to Sye Editing Services LLC. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or distribute them except as expressly authorized in writing.
7. Third-party services
The service may use third-party platforms including Stripe, Meta, Google, HighLevel, hosting providers, domain registrars, calendar tools, carriers, and communication services. Their terms, pricing, approvals, availability, suspensions, and decisions are outside our control.
8. No performance guarantee
SyeSystems does not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, calls, appointments, customers, reviews, rankings, sales, profit, or revenue. Results depend on factors including market conditions, budget, competition, offer quality, pricing, reputation, response time, and the client’s sales process.
9. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in the Service Agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sye Editing Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability relating to the website or services will not exceed the SyeSystems service fees paid during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and suspension
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, platform-policy violations, or material breach.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally. Any unresolved court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
